CRUNCHY CARAMEL CORN

Crunchy Caramel Popcorn

1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
3 TBSP corn syrup
1/4 tsp salt

Combine all & bring to boil.  Remove from heat and add

1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp vanilla

Mix with 2 quarts popcorn

Cook @ 250* for 1 hour, stirring half way.  Remove from pan immediately.
